Expansion - General

The expansion will greatly affect Ocean Shore Condominiums.   Over the next several years, there will be extensive construction of several buildings along Starfish Road and Ocean Shore Avenue.   It will impact especially the west entrance to Ocean Shore Condominiums.   In addition, the west beach access that is now to the left of the old Lynnhaven Fish House will be repositioned to the right-hand side along the property line and fence of Ocean Shore Condominiums.  There will be a 22-story residence building housing 217 units and a 399-car garage on Ocean Shore Avenue - to be built on the footprint of the old Lynnhaven Fish House.   Presale commitments will need to be secured prior to construction.   The second building - a seven story Memory Center with assisted living - will be built across the street on the existing two parking lots.   The project will cost $200 million dollars to complete.
