Elevators
- Residents should be courteous when using elevators. Residents/tenants should educate their children, grandchildren and guests of elevator etiquette. Young children should not use elevators as play areas.
- Residents who accidentally hit the "CALL BUTTON" in the elevator by mistake should always answer the receptionist answering the call - letting her know that the button was hit by mistake. Otherwise, the Fire Department will answer the call as an emergency.
- The elevators are tiled in each building. If residents, by accident, spills liquid or debris in elevators, a courteous cleanup is expected. Also, if pets have accidents in elevators, the same cleanup is requested by residents/tenants.
- Move-in and move-out events impact your neighbors. Similarly, deliveries of furniture and large appliances can tie up the elevator. Please CONTACT THE MANAGER when elevator keys are necessary (to hold the elevator door open) on extensive deliveries to your unit.
- Elevators should not be held open by hand - it damages the control system of the elevator. An alternative would be for a neighbor to "hold in" the elevator button while loading the elevator of small items. Elevator key locks are available to lock the elevator door in place for short periods of time during move-ins and move-outs. Please contact Board member Paul Terkeltaub for elevator key locks.
Breezeways
Breezeways are divided into both common elements and limited common elements. The small recessed areas in front of each unit entry door are limited common elements that are used exclusively by the owners/tenants of that unit and their guests. The remainder of the breezeway is a common element of the building. Please do not store beach chairs, furniture, etc. on breezeways.

No resident or guest of the condominium complex shall post any advertisements or posters of any kind in or on the buildings except as authorized by the Association.
