- No owner, guest, or other person shall paint or alter the exterior of his unit without approval of the Association, it being intended to preserve and present a uniform appearance for Ocean Shore Condominiums.
- No unit resident/tenant may power wash the exterior of any unit.
Exterior Paint - Front Doors/Patio Bedroom Doors/Patio Shed Doors
The paint color for front doors of units must be consistent in color for uniformity. Unit owners who hire individual contractors for painting should inform their contractor of Ocean Shore's exterior paint policy for front doors as follows:

Exterior Concrete Stain - Residents' Private Patio Balconies
The Board has approved four (4) concrete stain colors for residents' private patio balconies. The staining of private patio balconies is at the owner's expense. The four approved stain colors are as follows:
