Trash
- Trash is to be placed in the designated TRASH dumpster only. Items are not to be left inside the gated enclosure (outside of the dumpster). The driver of the trash/recycling company does not load items inside the dumpster.
- Renovations: Debris from repairs and renovations should not be placed in the dumpsters. Owners are responsible to ensure their contractors are aware that they should not put debris in the dumpsters or dumpster area.
- Trash service is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - the exception would be if it is a holiday. If you have large items to be discarded, please arrange to have them taken to the landfill by a qualified contractor.
- Tuesday Morning Pickup: On Tuesdays only, residents may place TWO (2) TRASH AND RECYCLED BAGS outside their front entry door prior to 9 am for pickup. Trash is to be placed in plastic bags and recycled materials in clear plastic bags. Please make sure no materials leak out of the bags onto the painted breezeway landings. Owners/renters are responsible to clean up spots left by their trash bags - this is not the responsibility of our contracted cleaning person.
- Garage Trash Cans: Place only incidental trash from your cars in the designated trash can in each garage area. Do not use this can for household trash and/or garbage. The garage trash cans are emptied once per week.
- Large Items for Disposal: Residents who have large items for disposal (items that will not fit into the dumpster) are responsible for having these items hauled away from the property. Please contact a local contractor to support this effort.

Recycling
- All cardboard boxes must be flattened to conserve space before placement in the recycling dumpster. The dumpster can get very full, particularly around the holidays. Please tear, cut or smash all boxes to minimize filling up the recycle dumpster too quickly.
- All recycled items must be placed inside the dumpsters. Items are not to be left within the gated enclosure (outside of the dumpster). The driver of the recycling company does not load items in the dumpster. His only responsibility is to empty the recycled dumpster.
- If you have questions on what items are considered recyclable, please contact the Association Manager.
- To make recycling easy for everyone, the rule is PAPER - BOTTLES - CANS. When in doubt, THROW IT OUT!
