Parking
- The parking lot is for guests of residents and tenants. It is also used by contractors serving individual owners and the Association. Each resident/tenant is assigned two (2) garage parking spaces. These are to be used for parking of motor vehicles, which will allow for adequate visitor and contractor parking outside.
- Most trucks will not fit into the garage parking spaces. Trucks are permitted if they fit into their assigned space and do not interfere with other owners' ability to maneuver in the garage.
- No junk or derelict vehicles or other vehicles on which current registration plates and state inspection stickers are not displayed shall be kept upon any of the Common Elements or within the land area of any unit.
- No commercial vehicles shall be kept upon any of the common elements or parking lot or within the land area of any unit.
- Trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, boats and other large vehicles may not be parked on the property unless expressly permitted by the Board of Directors and only in such designated parking areas.
- Car washing is not allowed by individual owners in the parking lot. Professional car washing services are allowed at either the east or west ends of the parking lot as long as they provide the water via their own water tank.
- Only emergency repairs to vehicles will be allowed on the premises.
Guest Parking - May 1 through October 1
The Board of Directors has found it necessary to institute Parking Guest Rules due to the number of outside unauthorized people using the Ocean Shore parking lot for access to the beach. As a result, all family/guests of Ocean Shore residents must display a Parking Guest Pass in their vehicle while visiting from May 1 through October 1. Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense if a Parking Guest Pass is not displayed while parking on Ocean Shore property. Residents with a third party living in their respective unit with a vehicle may request a third (3rd) car parking pass through the CONTACT BOARD tab on the website.
Parking Lot Entry Gate Code
Please refer to the RESIDENTS submenu tab - Gate Codes - for the current four-digit code to enter the parking lot. The car entry gate code is changed periodically throughout the year. All sub-menus under the RESIDENTS tab are for MEMBER/RESIDENTS ONLY (the public cannot view).
