General
- The installation of storm shutters or screens must be pre-approved by the Board of Directors and are subject to the rules and regulations established by the Board.
- Storm shutters installed on balcony sliding doors allow the unit owner to lower the storm shutters for a lengthy period of time when the owner is out of town or vacationing.
- Balcony perimeter storm shutters, however, may not be lowered more than 48 hours in advance of a storm and must be raised within 48 hours following the end of the storm. Balcony perimeter storm shutters must not be kept in the lowered position indefinitely.
