The Association shall have sole control of all planting and landscaping at Ocean Shore Condominiums through its Landscape Committee, including the watering of all planted shrubs, trees and flowers.  No unit owner shall alter any landscaping, shrub or plantings without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors.

The Association's legal documents and amendments, however, take precedence if there is ever a discrepancy.
