The Board has a fiduciary responsibility to safeguard the value of our units and to insure that the garages do not become eyesores detracting from the positive appearance or value of our community. The board shall enforce the garage storage rules through the Association Manager. Identifiable abusers will be notified by a letter from the Association Manager stating the violation and directing that such violation be rectified with five (5) days of the date of the letter. Failure to take action will cause the Board to rectify the violation by its own actions. Any costs associated with rectifying the violation will be assessed against the identified owner. If necessary, legal action will be pursued by the Association.
